You can book tickets through our website, mobile app, or by calling our helpline. Simply select your route, choose your preferred bus and seat, complete the payment, and receive an instant e-ticket via SMS and email.
Cancellations made 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12-24 hours receive 75% refund. Within 6-12 hours, 50% refund. Less than 6 hours, no refund is applicable. All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage (up to 15 kg) in the cargo hold and one small carry-on bag. Excess luggage charges may apply. Valuables should always be kept with you.
